Organized and initiated by EDAO, EOS Chinese community weekly communication meeting is an online communication activity facing the EOS Chinese community. By holding regular meetings, it aims to exchange community dynamics, share project development achievements, discuss key points of community development, and reach consensus and expand the ecology to the fullest extent possible.
At 8:00 p.m. on August 21, 2022, the weekly communication meeting of EOS Chinese community (№2) was held online.
The meeting lasted: 96 minutes.

At present, there are some roadshows held by Pomelo before each season, this form can be used for reference in the community to form a regular activity. This kind of meeting can be held several times according to the major categories of the projects, and the similar project can be carried out simultaneously. On the one hand, it plays a role of publicity, and on the other hand, it can let each other exchange their inspirations. Even the project teams of similar projects can communicate, enlighten and cooperate with each other.
Sange shares the status of other Web3 ecology and its enlightenment for EOS
The on chain governance of EOS and EdenCN is still relatively advanced in the whole blockchain ecosystem. A large number of Web3 projects are lack of governance ideas and platforms. We should pack this software or platform into a full-fledged product and export it, establish different Eden in different ecosystems with the same logic, and adjust and optimize our system based on different organizations. With these measures taken, greater development potential can be cultivated.
Furthermore, if other projects or organizations know about the ecology of EOS or EdenCN through this. They can also join EdenCN through donations. EdenCN plays an incubator role for them. Also project incentives can be generated with the participation of project teams and members in the community can be stimulated to join EdenCN and provide services (including technology, operation and maintenance, economic model design, etc.).
EdenCN is naturally cross-chain, and should not be focusing only on one chain.
Fanran shares EOS bee’s incentive plan and preliminary ideas of the new DeFi
As the head of Chinese EOS bee, Fanran shared the current incentive plan of EOS bee and his operation of Weibo, and gave a basic explanation of the new DeFi project he wanted to be engaged in. If the project is mature, it will be shared in detail in subsequent meetings.
Results of the last communication meeting
At the last weekly meeting, Rowney from the pink community mentioned that he hoped that EdenCN and EDAO could provide some services to the community. Then we help them matched the communication. Fanran and Rowney achieved initial intent of cooperation at the meeting. In the meeting this week, both of them reported to the community that they had reached a preliminary cooperation intention with the help of the last meeting, recognizing the effect of the exchange meeting.

As an important member of EDAO, Ponge will go to the pink community next week to share the current progress and future plans of EDAO, so as to attract more individuals to join the community.
