The new relationship between Turkey and Russia has to be seen within the context of the productive future of the humanity at which Turkey has a lot to win as the bridge between western civilization and the east emblazoned by the New Silk Road with its sponsors at Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) promoting the gold standard — opposed by USA Israel and Great Britain — and the Asian European Partnership with former soviet republics in Central Asia, Iran, Pakistan, and now Turkey. The BRICS is the antithesis of imperialism and the International Monetary Fund and is why the CIA orchestrated the coup against Erdogan a right wing Muslim fundamentalist but apparently a pragmatic politician aware that in a WW III his country will be the first to be wiped out of the map by Russia even if Russia is wiped, too. Bombing ISIS even if there is collateral damage — as in Serbia in 1994 — is the faster solution to stabilize the region which includes Syria, Lebanon,Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Somalia, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Egypt, leaving out for the time being Afghanistan (to much at stake with its heroin traffic) and Libya, an actual depopulated desert even when rich in oil. Bombing Syria has the permission of its government while the fighting of the British and the US there is against the international law for violation of Syrian sovereignty. Do not rely in Al Jazeera, the mouth peace of the government of Quatar and the Saudis. Very soon the Saudis, and the rest of the world, will realize that the future of the humanity depend on peace. Political alliances will be changing in the next 10 years. Turkey-Russia is just the first.
