Here’s what you need to know

The day has finally come. You’ve decided to take control of what you’re eating. Whether it’s for health reasons, animal-rights reasons, or something else, you’ve decided to take the next step…so where do you start?
Diets come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. There’s strict diets. There’s vegan diets. There’s diets for toddlers. Diets for the elderly. Diets for the superstar athlete. Diets for the animal activist. Most of all, there’s a diet for you!
The important thing to remember about diets is that there isn’t one for everyone. Everyone has a different body composition and therefore different reactions to food.
We’ve read studies of people who’ve cured their auto-immune disease by going Paleo, but then seen similar people become ill by taking on the same diet. The voices of the internet will preach and debate about which diet is the best for you to follow…but no one is right. There’s isn’t just one diet that’s the best. There is, however, one that’s best for you.
So how do you find said perfect diet?
Well, like all discoveries that have been made…you’ll find your perfect diet through trial and error. You’ll need to try a few different diets before you really find one that works with your body. But with so many diets out there, where do you start?!
