Driving Angry
We beg, we plead;
Please don’t drive drunk,
Please don’t drive under the influence of drugs;
Perhaps it’s time for one additional request —
Please don’t drive angry;
It takes away your present and
Your presence;
It makes you dangerous, unfocused, and unshackled emotionally whilst holding, as my grandfather sternly admonished one of the times he took me out for a driving lesson, “a deadly weapon in your hands;”
Think about it, be aware;
For out there on the road, you will not solve your problems with your car one way or another.
