Inspiring article.

One of the most difficult thing to do: stop complaining. The other one is worrying. Sometimes i find myself out of control. My complaining and worrying become instinctive, immediate, and habitual.

I learned that I need also to unlearn, to see things in a new perspective, a better perspective. And to just do something no matter how small or insignificant it may appear.
