Don’t let your feet burn in the sun

When you are out in the sun, your legs, shoulders, arms, and head is at the most risk of being sunburnt. The good news is that you can protect most of these with sunscreen, loose clothing, and sun hats. But what about your feet? Now that the warm summers are here, days have gotten longer. There is a lot more time than in winter to go outside and enjoy all sorts of fun activities. However, when you go out, you need to be prepared to tackle the heat, particularly to keep your toes and feet safe. Keeping your feet safe when you are outside is extremely important.
