· I have been a follower of the Lord Jesus since 1971.

· I have been married for 39 years now.

· I have two children and four grandchildren.

· I spent a few years in the U.S. Navy many years ago, so I am a veteran.

· I am a retired Computer Engineer / Programmer.

· I have been blogging on A Clay Jar for the past dozen or so years. But I have become much more serious about it in the last three or four.

· My favorite leisure time activities are puttering around in the backyard and backpacking.

· My passion is teaching the Scriptures and encouraging believers to live faithful and fruitful lives in Christ.

I am new to Medium, but I hope and pray that God will enable me to glorify him here.
