I’ve seen this article as the most popular in Medium several times but had not felt compelled to click on it. Curiously, today I read this article published by a friend about “burnout”: Productivity Kryptonite and it made a lot of sense. Burnout is terrible and this line is absolutely true and fantastic “Working hard is selfish. For I am robbing my family and friends from my presence, love and attention.”

Unfortunately, finding myself in this situation quite frequently, personally I find very difficult jus saying Fuck working hard.
