EDNS partners with IoTeX strengthening its multichain expansion!
Ether Domain Name Services (EDNS) has seen a huge explosion of domain users since its April launch. We have also rolled out Web3 products solidly based on utility that continuously stimulate our ecosystem’s growth. Now, it’s an honor to announce our partnership with the IoTeX protocol.
IoTeX is an open-source project, built from scratch with the intention to support Internet of Things (IoT) use cases. The platform uniquely combines blockchain, secure hardware, and confidential computing, allowing data from trusted devices to be used in dAPPs.
The collaboration is the next step in fulfilling EDNS Domains’ omni-chain vision. We are thrilled to have deployed EDNS Domains on such a prominent and innovative project. The IoTeX ecosystem consists of over 15K IoT devices, more than 44K stakers, a community of 200K+ members, and more than 50M transactions have been made on the project’s native chain.
With the partnership, EDNS domains and Web3 tools will be available to IoTeX ecosystem users and devices seamlessly. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the benefits that the alliance brings to the two Web3-focused projects. EDNS also emerged victorious in the IoTeX Halo Grant Program and was endorsed with $10,000.
The grant program is intended to accelerate the growth of the IoTeX ecosystem by helping developers to build the next-gen dAPPs around DeFi, NFT, Gamefi, and most importantly, in the MachineFi space. Projects at any stage can apply as long as they promote the growth and adoption of the IoTeX technology and more.
We are enthusiastic about the IoTex ecosystem and excited to bolster its growth amid our goal to also partner and integrate with projects in the Web3 space. We recently announced our Partner Network program which ties together several incentive programs for the projects and individuals to join us, and our SDK for dAPPs to integrate for a seamless user experience.
The integration with IoTeX gives traction to our partner network program objective and we are privileged to confirm that EDNS has added a .iotex TLD, and will provide 20K .iotex domains to IoTeX to distribute to its users.
