I believe Tim Ferris has given me the best advice for time management in the 4HWW:

  • Pareto’s principle: 20% of your tasks will give you the 80% result you are looking for. So, eliminate the 80% of your agenda (no kidding).
  • Parkinson’s law: set really short deadlines for those remaining tasks. You will really focus on what’s important.

These are very simple, and are relatively easy to implement, while you keep improving them.
