Thermal coating for drastic reduction of heat produced by vehicles.
The real need that cars may produce less heat inspired me to produce this project.
This is one of the projects that I am donating and for which I have no interest in receiving money, though, any thing will be appreciated.
The wrapper for engines with turbocharger is interesting when the focus is the reduction of the heat produced by automobile engines and a lower fuel consumption, natural feature of engines with turbocharger.
The idea is to produce a thermal coating compound with three materials.
The term sandwich, refers to the overlap of elements and materials used for thermal exchange of this project, that are:
Ceramics Wrapper.
Aluminum foil
Rubber.
Refrigerant fluids.
We know that the pottery is an efficient non-conductor of heat. It will be shaped to fit the engine. The heat from the engine is transferred to the ceramic mould through refrigerant, which isn’t determined yet.
The next material will have an aluminum foil.
The alumimum sheets will be in contact to the rubber, which is also a non-conductor of heat. In this way the rubber will have a larger shelf life.
The Aluminum sheets will have the function of preventing the rubber to cling the engine cover.
Because it is a wrapper, the thermal coating is a passive component and will have a natural useful life. It will be replaced as soon as the electronic module detects the necessity. The replacements will be done in authorized Center.
Practical use.
If this project becomes a reality, the auto industry can produce larger engines but without leaving the advent of turbo compression. Engines with bigger turbocharger will also provide a gain exponentially better with respect to security: we don’t have to decrease drastically the weight of a vehicle because of the relationship between the generation of heat, pollution and versus performance and fuel consumption.
We know that speed limits must be respected, however, some do not consider this fact as something important.
In addition to engine engine with efficient fossil fuel, the use of the electric motor is also indispensable.
Ford has shown that it is perfectly possible and the Ford Fusion is the efficient materialization of cars with hybrid engines.
The Ford Fusion Hybrid was the first hybrid car to be sold in my country.
Another example of efficiency is the Volkswagen Passat which is marketed with motor with turbo since 2007.
We know both cars are safe, despite the turbo engine, which may require changes in vehicle project.
I mean, this project is intended for cars with engines with turbocharger.
In summary we have:
Lower fuel consumption
Drastic reduction of heat generation.
Greater security for passengers.
Best performance.
Lower greenhouse gas emissions.
For these reasons we are presenting this project for Ford for bringing us the Ford Fusion Hybrid and for Volkswagen, having agreed on the bet that engines with turbocharger would be a reality, as is.
In fact, Every company are kindly welcome.
Our focus is to solve problems circumstancial as they presents. This is our stimulus, this is our reason for living.
As you can see, here it was presented a solution that can become a reality.
The idea is to balance and the fossil fuel, again, is a counterpoint. It would be ,therefore, so kindly if the countries that produce oil, could take measures which are peculiar to them. Meauseres that fleeing the context of this project presented here, but are hand in hand with other causes. Decisions must be made.
