# Know what needs to be done

At the end of the day its always easy to say, “It was a busy day” and who knows you may end up wasting a productive day “by accident” and would never even realize this.

Productive people who get most of their day always have a plan. You cannot achieve everything in a single day but surely you can prioritize what’s important for today and something which is aligned with your long term achievements and goals.

If you don’t know what has to be completed by today, there are good chances you will easily get distracted via social media, mobile phone, messaging and lot more.

Your plan doesn't have to be properly formatted notes or something. Keep it simple, don’t over complicate your task list for a day

# Respect your Body and Mind

If you are still reading this, there are good chances you are not Skynet or Robot yet.

Our body is one of the most powerful and precious gifts we have got from the nature. These days it’s normal for us to work for long hours, trying to meet deadlines, handling career growth pressure, which leads to stress & health issues because we ended up ignoring the important element- body.

Your body, mind, and spirit are inextricably connected — to the extent that it is nearly impossible to precisely delineate exactly where one ends and the other begins. Many of your emotions are determined by biological factors, and what you think or feel has a direct impact on your physical health. — Anonymous

It does not necessarily mean that you have to hit gym everyday. If you can, that’s perfect but If you can’t, start with Meditation (must be a part of daily routine) and basic exercises. Most of us neglect to keep our mind healthy and relax, but at the end that’s something which drives our thought process and activities.

# Get inspiration from every part of life

You may have a big idea and skill set but your brain would need regular supply of energy to keep the pace else you may burned out yourself.

Ted Videos is something I would recommend for watching. The way an individual present his learnings and thought process will help you to solve many of your problems. You can find inspiration from your mentor, books, stories, documentaries, nature, friends but should have something which drives you towards your goal regularly.

Always be a learner, even a small habit of someone around can inspire you.

At last one more….

Start taking challenges in life, no matter how small or big they are. Even if you fail, you have joined group of people who have at least tried and that’s also a achievement.
