Thanks a lot for sharing this. I’m an alcoholic trying to recover. A month ago i decided to went to a psychiatric doctor who gived me some pills to help me go out from this (unfortunately other therapies didn’t helped me). Still on the way to try to go out of this. Definitly thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts, for me and i believe for a lot of people, they are very usefull.
