I am sorry. In what part of the world does Ian Millhiser live? I do not know a single nation on this earth that black people are not more prone to violence than any other race on earth and I have worked and lived on every continent on this planet. While I will agree that this case the judge got it right, facts are facts. No place where there are black people is safe for any other race including black people. That is science and not opinion.
