Some very good points but my big question was could the candidate work with me. My approach was three strikes and you are out. First big mistake my fault. Second your fault learn from it. Third good bye. Life is tough. When the going get tough you can separate the sheep from the goats. That’s why I gave stress interviews. The important thing was not to let the candidate make the mistake of taking on more than he or she could handle.
