Why Twitter’s Dying (And What You Can Learn From It)
umair haque

I have to agree that the social media ecosystem offers a low barrier to entry for trolls and haters, and they are becoming more prevalent as we come to exist more in the virtual space of the Web. It is something I picked up on in relation to restaurant review sites a few years ago — people are forgoing conversation about issues at the table in favour of publicly abusing you on the Internet. It’s not twitter’s fault — they are as much a casualty of human nature as the next platform as you rightly say— the real challenge is how (or even if) we can embrace change for the better.
