I acknowledged that she could have made different decisions. That being said….

“She move to the MOST expensive city in the country, financed it on a credit card, and then bitched when things got hard.”

Why is everyone so keen to ignore the fact that she moved to the Bay Area because that’s *where Yelp is located* and that is where she happened to find work? It is only “responsible” of a company to pay its employees a living wage for the area in which the company operates. If a company can’t/is unwilling to do that, well, maybe *they* shouldn’t be located there.
