The emotional strength and resilience of Black people in America is unprecedented.

For us, as a whole, to receive the complete tearing down of our beings, spiritually, physically, socially, intellectually, morally. To then have a collective of people attempt to GIVE back, piece by piece, a semblance of citizenship and status in a place we were stolen to, all the while half, if not more of the nation, the nation that we are inclined to stand behind, still not believing we fully deserve said status.
