Nixon released 14 albums over the years in the music industry, but most recently was radio host on Siris XM’s satellite radio’s Outlaw Country channel. Although many have already expressed their sorrow at the loss of such an influential musician, his family released a statement claiming his manner of death matched the excitement for life Nixon lived with.

Judge keeps NCAA’s restrictions on NIL in place for now, denying request by Tennessee and Virginia

The states of Tenessee and Virignia had requested a temporary restraining order regarding the NCAA’s rules prohibiting name, image and likeness from being used as a recruitment inducement. This ruling allows for high school football recruits to sign scholarship agreements with schools starting Wednesday. Female workers sue Virginia prison agency, claiming body searches discriminate against women

These women claim that the inability of the state’s body-scanner technology to distinguish between menstrual products and contrabands has led to an unreasonable number of strip searches on women over men. The women described their horrifying experiences being searched or terminated due to menstruation products, some of which caused them to lose their jobs.
