Is Coffee Killing Your Mindfulness?
Matt Cartagena

Honestly, I have never understand “ the coffee addiction ” Seems really interesting. I have never felt benefit of coffee, if it does exist. Just barely increased heart rates, nothing more and I think this is not a good thing. I am drinking coffee maybe twice in a week.

This is about culture. In Turkey, we prefer black tea, and yes most of people have or had tea addiction issue.

Anything can be better than coffee except if you want to drink it for taste and you are not hungry.( empty stomach+ coffee = hello peptic ulcer ) It is funny to say coffee is bad, but there are so much better things to keep ourselves awake or to be concentrated.
