Let’s all imagine we are at an auction for one of the most expensive and priceless pieces which are being sold for astronomical amounts but because people know the worth of those pieces they are more than willing to splash the extra couple of quid on them, the pieces are in demand and they are of long term value.

This is how Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham is in red hot demand in World football at this very moment in time. A number of big clubs are going to be out to get his signature come the summer of 2023; Real Madrid, Liverpool, Man City, and even Chelsea are all vying to snap up one of the most exciting teenagers in the world right now and aren’t also shying away from splashing the cash just to land him.

For a player who is just 19years old, Jude Bellingham has so much to over in defence, during the transitions, and in the attack for Borussia Dortmund. The guy can do it all, it’s hard to believe he is still only so young at times cause he oozes so much maturity on the ball and even during interviews as well, that’s why he’s one of the Dortmund captains at the moment.

Jude Bellingham

He has energy to run almost everywhere on the pitch to win the ball, sprint into pockets of spaces to receive the ball as well, dribbles confidently out of tight spaces and when he gets into the box he is also confident enough to put the ball in the back of the net. I think you are starting to see why the asking price for Bellingham is £150 million. Crazy.

He’s the prefect all round midfielder in the world and if you need more insights as to why he is, I will show you as you read on. Here’s the analytical lowdown on the no 22 of Dortmund.

SOLID IN THE CENTRE OF THE PARK.

When deployed as a Defensive Midfielder (a player who plays just in front of the defence to stop passing lanes and intercept), Bellingham, due to the fact that he is such a tenacious runner, chases for the ball and more often that not wins the grounded duals, He also cuts the passing lanes and he protects the back line with not much hassle. This season (2022/2023) Bellingham boosts the most one on one challenge won of any Bundesliga player this season with 393 duels won (as at when this was published).

I said he was a powerful runner, didn’t I?

Ultra tenacious in tracking back is one key element of the Jude Bellingham game as he always tracks back putting the hard yards in and getting back to help out the defense in less to no time. He’s what you call a mentality monster. Having won the ball he also sparks the attack with his marauding runs and because he is a natural ball carrier the job just seems so easy on the eye.

MATES, HE’S ALSO AN 8.

Operating as a box to box midfielder, You likely see him get up and down the pitch a lot and that shows cause he boosts an amazing percent of +90% in Touches in the Attacking box, Progressive carries and passes and Successful take ons. Jude Bellingham also has 46 shots in the Bundesliga (as at the time this was published) and that’s all down to his movements off the ball and positional play getting away from his markers intelligently then receiving the ball in the box and calmly slotting it past the keeper most times. While he carries the ball forward he can also lay it off to a teammate but he wouldn’t stop until he can get in the box to finish things off from their as well. It’s starting to hit you as why the biggest teams are out for his signature. That’s not all…

I said complete didn’t I?…

JUDE: THE ORCHESTRATOR

When deployed in the number 10 position, Bellingham has the tactical ability to weave his way past players. Doesn’t matter how many, one things for sure, he can take them on and beat them plus he only needs little space sometimes, he also has an eye for a pass and can link up the play which gives him chances to make an assist and have a pop at goal.

4+8+10= 22

I’m sure you get why he wears that number now…

It goes without saying anyone who gets his signature in the transfer window would in fact have a serious talent on their hands for next season and host of seasons to come cause not only are you getting an all round box to box midfielder , you are getting a leader at such a very young age and a more than accomplished player who is still going to get more and more trophies and accolades under his belt. One thing is certain, Bellingham would only get better and better if he goes into the right time with the right system.

Please let me know which team you think Bellingham ends up in next season in the comments.
