Hi Kaspar,

great news. Just a couple of questions:

  1. If you need to hire people to work for the company established through an Estonian e-Residency are you obliged to use Estonian contracts? Or can you do it through local subsidiaries based in other countries?
  2. If you are forced to use Estonian contracts, what happens to the money paid for the pension if the employee lives in another country?
