These four tutorials were written for middle school students who are new to creating apps, and are intended to be worked through in order. However, you’re welcome to pick and choose, and please feel free to get in touch with questions or suggestions!

Soundboard: a great first app — when a button is pressed, a sound plays.
Talk to Me: uses text-to-speech and if/else statements to speak whatever the user types into the box.
Selfie clicker: uses camera and variables to let the user take a picture, then score a point every time they click the picture
Drawing app: uses canvas component to create an drawing program for the user
