Sorry, I didn’t intend to imply I was speaking with respect to hiring at Google, I don’t do interviews currently. I think they’re far too impersonal at Google. I mentioned Google to show that I understand their hiring process.

Everything I wrote was with respect to the hiring process from the perspective of a small company looking for developers.
