In the fall of 2004, I listened to a state politician speak in the cafeteria at my workplace. I called my wife and told her that I though this politician was something special and would be the next President. Yes, I work in Chicago and that politician was Barack Obama. Well, Secretary Kander, you’re not quite President Obama, but I do think you are on the right track. And I hope to see you in a cafeteria in just a few years.
