Thanks Ben. I have been following you for a bit now and have implemented some of your teachings into my daily life, and I do see improvement in my motivation to get things done. What this did point out to me though is how detaching from other things while “working” really does help. When I decide to dedicate two to three hours to my personal project, those are the times I get the most done. Sometimes we do just do these things, but we fall in and out of it without realizing. After having it brought up, I actively know about it now, so I can make it an active habit to have. I just wanted to share this to encourage anyone who might be reading your article, to give that extra push.
