About Project
I am building a delivery app that allows individuals pick up and deliver items for others according to their travel destination, individuals travelling to a desired location can help pick up and drop off items for others who need packages delivered to the travellers location at a subsidised rate.They place a delivery order on the mobile app and traveller get notified and help pickup and deliver on arrival.
The problem
Most users find it difficult to send and receive and deliver items at their connivence, from individuals travelling towards their preferred location or destination. .
The Goal
To create a platform to send, receive and pick up items, from individuals travelling towards a preferred location or destination.
Understanding the user
I visited the few logistics app store user review section to gather insights on complaints and feedback .

Most users don’t have a platform they can easily send and receive and deliver packages online through individuals travelling or going on trips to their required location.
