Hi Kara, this was incredibly helpful, insightful, and well articulated. Thanks for sharing. Do you think there is an opportunity for Conversational UX in the education space? It seems like there could be a variety of interesting applications/opportunities both at the undegrad/grad level (would be more geared to the students) as well as elementary, middle, and high school (more geared at parents). I guess this would classify as your “in transition” populations.
