THREE FLOORS DOWN

stranger’s cat

the wind touches and go

raining mad

at our doorstep

slipping in the dark

cat invasion

furry butt on tarot spread

all at once

cries of mad birds

evening din

a gentle roar

the cat welcomes-

daylight

before dawn

cradled in arms

flesh bones… desire

night run

i am one

with shadows

morning bus ride

fat man looks for space

to land his feet

woman behind us

sniffling in the dark

tears for imaginary heroes

freshly baked in bed

bodies rise
