Paul, I will definitely look for Part II! The tenet that Dialogic OD is primarily aimed at “emergent change” makes it highly relevant to the ever-changing fabric of today’s emerging healthcare systems. Using Dialogic OD and relational coordination for healthcare teams to break down silos and better coordinate care is a perfect fit for improving the patient experience and achieving excellent outcomes. Just read a 2017 paper by Goodson from OD Practitioner that fully supports this effort and why as leaders we need to become proficient and managing ‘meanings’. Great stuff!
