Hi Jesus. Thanks for your feedback. I haven’t worked much with twix, but I’ll look at doing a post or video for it and will update you here when it’s done.
Hey Levar. I hope you’re well! I wanted to get back to you (finally!) and let you know that I’ve published a screencast follow-up to this post which incorporated your feedback. I hope you find it helpful if you’re still looking for resources on this topic.
Hi Levar. Thanks for your feedback — I’ve actually had the same thought. I’ll get to work on a few examples. In the meantime, the documentation for Moment is at this link: https://momentjs.com/ and all of the examples should work in the same way within your Angular app.
Hi Chaitanya! Usually, I use moment on a variable, etc. in the component.ts file and then use that variable in the view. It seems reasonable to try and use moment in the view, but Angular might not allow that to happen.
Hi Max, I’d like to bring up a potential counterexample to the way you’ve laid things out.
I’m not sure if you’re familiar with the book So Good They Can’t Ignore You by Cal Newport, but his thesis for the entire book seems to run counter to a lot of what you wrote above.
