Below is the response I got when I contacted your customer support team in the month of January. You guys have blocked my card without providing correct instruction. If I’m not allowed to use my credit cards in other accounts you should have posted that in the FAQ section like other wallet servicer providers like Airtel have clearly mentioned in the FAQ section. You guys did the mistake and you guys are calling your customers as frauds. Don’t cheat customers and resume the services by adding precise information in the FAQ section.
MY COMPLAINT TO THE PAYTM SUPPORT TEAM:
I’m unable to use my HDFC credit card in other paytm accounts.
It works perfectly in my Paytm account which is registered with my mobile number. I’m able to use it without any trouble.
However, when I try to use my HDFC credit card in other paytm account, I’m getting error payment decline message and asking me to try a different payment method.
Is there any restriction like I need to use my credit card in only one account?
