more small businesses went out of business than started
You do understand why it’s locked up.
Amy Sterling Casil

I noticed a few years back, when restaurant health inspection reports went online that many of the rules seemed to be written to exclude the mom-n-pop businesses. Rules such as only commercial grade refrigerators and freezers were allowed.

I’ve come to the realization that many laws are written by the big businesses to exclude the small. The simple fact is that the no-name mom-n-pop restaurants serve a superior experience for less money than the corporations. With the added bonus that the profits made stay in the local community —not going to Wall Street. The big corporations make big donations, the mom-n-pops don’t. So who is willing to write laws to assist the big donors? The big government politicians.

So make sure you don’t vote for Ms “ 'I can’t be responsible for every under-capitalized small business in America’!” Yeah she actually said that.
