How I combined engineering, creativity, and purpose to build a visual branding company that transforms spaces and empowers communities across the U.S.

I’m a proud Latina entrepreneur, industrial engineer, and the founder of Nega Graphic Inc., a Florida-based company specializing in large-format printing and visual branding. With over 13 years of experience in both Venezuela and the United States, I’ve built a career turning ideas into reality through bold, strategic, and customized design.

Where It All Began

After completing my degree in Industrial Engineering and internships in manufacturing companies, I discovered an unexpected passion that blended technical systems with creativity: visual communication and signage production.

I fell in love with how signage and branding when executed with industrial precision could improve efficiency, identity, and connection. This wasn’t just decoration; it was a tool for transformation.

In Venezuela, I co-founded Nega Graphic C.A., where I led the production of custom signage, promotional displays, and branding materials for government institutions, corporate clients, and community spaces. Our work contributed to public transit visibility, police department branding, and the revitalization of community spaces through visual messaging. These projects helped entire communities navigate more confidently and feel seen.

That fusion of design, engineering, and purpose became the foundation of my career as Elein Figuera, a creative leader driven by impact.

Starting Over in the U.S.

In 2017, I moved to the United States and launched Nega Graphic Inc. in Florida with no infrastructure or clients just a deep commitment to rebuild, serve, and innovate. What started from my garage is now a fast-growing printing company with weekly production, a dedicated team, and nationwide shipping across the U.S.

Under my leadership, Nega Graphic Inc. has surpassed $800,000 in annual revenue, completed over 1,200 custom visual projects, and serves hundreds of clients across the country, from event planners and schools to city governments and national brands.

Our company provides signage, decals, backdrops, foamboard cutouts, floor graphics, and large-format solutions for event planners, retail stores, nonprofits, schools, and government institutions.

But we don’t stop at printing.

We offer on-site strategic visits to businesses, helping them assess space functionality, safety, and branding potential. We guide clients in transforming their spaces intelligently, with signage that improves visibility, flow, and user experience. For event planners, we design not just the aesthetic elements but also optimize space layouts and create personalized solutions that enhance logistics and impact.

These innovations are led by Elein Figuera, not only as CEO but as a hands-on strategist deeply involved in the creative and operational process of each project.

Notable collaborations include: Haines City government installations, Orange County School Foundation events, Community sponsorships for Venezuelan and Hispanic-led organizations.

Scaling with Purpose

In 2025, I completed the Stanford Latino Business Action Network (LBAN) Scaling Program, which equipped me with tools to expand while staying rooted in purpose. The program helped me strengthen operations, lead with clarity, and serve more clients with integrity and efficiency.

As we’ve grown, we’ve also expanded our online presence developing e-commerce systems, CRM-integrated tools, and SEO strategies that allow us to serve more clients and scale with agility. Our digital transformation is as important as our physical one: both allow us to reach new communities and simplify access to powerful visual solutions.

This strategic evolution reflects my mission as Elein Figuera: to build a scalable, sustainable company that centers creativity, client needs, and community impact.

Recognition & Media

Throughout my journey, I’ve been honored to receive recognition for both business leadership and community impact.

In 2019 and 2020, I was named Entrepreneur of the Year by LEG Marketing, highlighting the accelerated growth of Nega Graphic Inc., our automation strategy, and our contributions to Hispanic-owned businesses and nonprofit causes.

My story has been featured in national and regional publications, including Nosotras Latinas Magazine and Orlando Voyager, where I was interviewed about my trajectory as a Latina founder in the visual branding industry. As Elein Figuera, I spoke about my commitment to local impact and my leadership as an immigrant woman entrepreneur.

These recognitions reflect not only business success but also the power of creative leadership and the growing visibility of Latina entrepreneurs in shaping the economic and cultural landscape of the United States.

My Vision Today

As a Latina entrepreneur, immigrant, mother, and engineer, I believe in design not just as a service — but as a vehicle for identity, opportunity, and empowerment.

I want to keep scaling Nega Graphic Inc. with intention:
🔹 Creating jobs
🔹 Expanding into new markets
🔹 Empowering small businesses and public institutions through thoughtful branding
🔹 And building bridges between creativity and structure

Our work is more than visual, it’s transformational. And I’m proud to continue growing a business that reflects who I am and what I believe in. As Elein Figuera, my leadership in this field represents a continued contribution to innovation, entrepreneurship, and creative excellence in the United States.
