Our goal is to make product principles a decision tool that is applicable to everyday work. Product principles help Nuna achieve our vision

Ensure individuals get quality, affordable, accessible care

by helping payers deliver high-value care.

Why product principles?

Product principles are a decision tool that ties our values and mission to the outcomes we are driving. They are specific enough that we can measure our research, decision, and results against them. They are a tool to create alignment and a vocabulary that result in faster decisions and quality output.

What to use product principles for?

Product principles are a decision heuristic at each stage of a product lifecycle from idea, to user conversations, through testing, growth, evolution, and termination. Questions such as “Should we add a specific feature?” “Should we terminate a business line?”, “Should we go after a market segment?”, “Should we invest in scaling now or later?” are all questions the people building our product face where principles can be applied.
