Pokemon GO — SCAM ALERT — HACKED and HUNG

It has taken the world by storm…literally. Boys and girls of many ages are excited and talking about the newest game Pokemon Go. It is so popular in fact, that it is crashing servers. Because of the crashing of servers some countries are not yet allowed to have access to this so-called amazingly fun game.

Now, we know that with electronics and downloads come risk. Well, it has happened folks! Because Pokemon GO is growing so rapidly, and is said to be “on its ways to becoming larger than twitter” the hackers have realized their new gold mine within Pokemon GO.

This is a warning to all who are considering downloading this game app to their phones. The hackers have made a so-called copy of this game. When you click on it to download, your kids (or you), can play the game. However, you may not be aware that the hackers now have FULL ACCESS to your phone and everything in it.

Just like any other scam, they come and go, eventually passing into nonexistence. However, for the time being this scam is alive and well, and the hackers are counting on your ignorance to get their greedy hands into everything they can within your phone.

It is my encouragement to you, to allow this scam to pass — wait for the hackers to move on to the next hot job before you venture out to jump the gun with downloading Pokemon Go onto your phone.
