Jiu Jitsu on Kauai

Powerhouse Jiu Jitsu located in Kapaa, Kauai, is owned and operated by the Espina family. Jared and Kalani are both black belts in Jiu Jitsu and have a large following on the island of Kauai. They are know for their positive attitudes, community mindedness and professionalism. Powerhouse is A Gracie Barra trained Hui of men who have dedicated their lives to the practice and competition of Jiu Jitsu.

Catering to men, women and children there are a variety of classes ranging from beginning, intermediate and advanced Jiu Jitsu. Classes are designed to work with small or large numbers and partnering with those who can both meet your level or challenge your level of practice. Members of Powerhouse train often and advance in belt color when deemed ready. A sense of pride and respect are established for all members who accomplish these levels of dedication.
