I have spent many years fighting against the perceived norms within large corporations and asking the simple question of why?

Because it has always been that way is no longer a good enough excuse. The world has changed and corporations either need to get on board or get left behind.

Proving the value takes more time and effort than estimated however once this has been established it is hard to hold people back.

The next era of business is here and software processes are eating the world as software did before them.
