As a Jewish person, I found this comment interesting for the implicit presumption that the test is one of faith, rather than of other constructs, such as critical thinking.
Judaism strongly veers towards the latter, and blind faith in the absence of evidence is rarely treated as a moral good, in my own cultural background.

There wasn’t a formal findings doc — just a set of action items that went into Jira and onto the team roadmap (bugs, specific usability issues to fix, etc.)
I can tell you, in Seattle, we’re going through our biggest building boom in history with all the folks who are opting out of Silicon Valley/SF’s housing and transportation debacle. As your region has chosen not to scale, other regions are eager to fill in that marketplace gap.

I moved out of the area to Seattle, which (despite our small size) manages to produce more new housing units than SF, San Mateo County and all of Santa Clara county combined. That development certainly doesn’t prevent price increases, but it dramatically curtails the out-of-control spiral you describe.
