Well, I’ve heard lots of feminist tall about both. At least in Europe is widely acepted that work places balance should include men and that men should take their share in house keeping and family care (I include not only children, but elderly people here). But you are right, some people would harass a men who take part time to take care of children. I saw that twice, both times the harassers were male bosses, both times the women on the team were the first to support the men. So you might consider that getting more women on IT could improve things for men already there. Just a thought.
