It’s pretty spot on. And I like that it does point out that men feel imposter sydnrome too, but “act as if” they do not.
“Acting as if” is a significant philosophy in some cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, although I feel it’s been a bit morphed by the “personal development” scene.
And, actually, I would take it all the way back to how I used to literally act…back when I was acting I would wait until a scene was blocked by the director (meaning staged with all the physical movements) before I learned my lines for that scene. So I would learn the words and physical actions in an integrated way. It helped me really knit things together in a more holistic and more “sticky” way.
I think most entrepreneurs, particularly women entrepreneurs, would probably benefit from taking an acting class :)
