What It’s Like to Be Invisible

This feels very familiar. I don’t often talk in gender deterministic ways, I.e. Women act like this and men act like that, but it IS my experience that women are much more skillful at and conscience of the kind of higher quality dot-connecting you describe here. It’s perhaps a side effect of women being more socialized to be good “hosts” and uber-courteous (because jeez, isn’t this common courtesy?) but in a business setting this socialization can deliver dividends.
