On Losing my Likability

You have certainly learned that authenticity can be the basis of likability when those you have carefully included in your entrepreneurial endeavor are also authentic, real people. It takes work to find those people and it can certainly be done. Being able to shed the high heels, or going into work without makeup at times because being there and, “being there” for the cause with full transparency is far more important than obliging the small minded. I can say this at age 62…You are very wise already for your years.

As a woman in business, I can say that the truly great men who have come alongside me and supported me, far more make up for the, “bad actors” that I have encountered. They have made me know that the world is mine if I work hard for it.

Great read! Great encouragement!
