I couldn’t believe that it was safe to put my credit card online. I did it anyway. It turns out that international hackers weren’t that interested in teenage girls buying Goth fashions, and I came to feel secure making online transactions. But times have changed. Hackers have become more aggressive, more pervasive and more sophisticated.
