ELIX App Release Date, Marketing, Completed Lending Redesign & More
Welcome to this week’s round of ELIX updates. A lot has happened in the past week — keep reading to find out all the exciting details!
Countdown and Release Date
In a recent surprise blog post here, we announced that the ELIX app has been approved and is ready for the app stores. Sign up here to be notified when the app is out. The ELIX app will be available for both Android and iOS and will be released on August 9th. On the App Store, the app will be available in every country except China — Apple seems to be avoiding Chinese regulatory scrutiny. As the countdown to the release date gets closer and closer, keep spreading the word — the excitement is contagious.
Becoming A Creator
We’re working on adding new creators to Boost, our crowdfunding platform. You can become an early creator by signing up here. If you need ideas for Boost, think about projects for crypto podcasts, wallets, games, smart contract development, crypto summaries, or even customized accessories.
Marketing
We’re pleased to welcome Twiz.io as part of our marketing efforts, in addition the currently contracted firm Energent Media, Twiz.io specializes in growth hacking and customer acquisition, and has experience working in the blockchain space. Twiz.io has worked with companies like cryptocurrency mining startup Frontier Mining, FoundersLive, and Neighborworks — among many others.

Lending & New Features
The redesign for lending is now implemented. The new interface is meant to be as intuitive as possible, and is integrated within the wallet tab. Check out the lending in action here:
The design firm Jane and Rosello is working on ways within the app to view and export passphrases and private keys. This is a useful feature when users want to view their private keys or passphrases, while protecting that information with authentication measures like Touch ID.
