Where can I get ELIX?
Click here to buy ELIX. You can buy ELIX on Kucoin, Coinexchange, Etherdelta, or IDEX.
Where can I get Ether?
You can buy some Ether using cash using Coinbase. If you already have Bitcoin, you can trade it for Ether on Kucoin and use that same account to buy ELIX.
Can I send Elixir to my Ethereum wallet?
Yes. ELIX is an Ethereum token, and therefore can be transferred using an Ethereum wallet.
What is a pass phrase?
A passphrase is a secret series of words that you use to access your wallet.
Should I share my pass phrase with anyone or send it over any digital channels?
No.
What types of projects can I crowdfund using the ELIX app?
Almost anything you want! If you need ideas for Boost, think about projects for crypto podcasts, wallets, games, smart contract development, crypto summaries, or even customized accessories. We don’t support ICOs or token offerings for various reasons at this time.
Is the app available for both iOS and Android?
Yes. Just search for ELIX on both the Apple and Google Play Stores. The only place the ELIX iOS app isn’t available is in China, due to Apple’s policies.
What happens if a project reaches its funding goal?
If the minimum goal of a project is reached, funding is dispersed to the creator and host (ELIX, LLC) via a smart contract.
If a project doesn’t reach its funding goal, are backers refunded?
Yes.
Why does it take some time for transactions or actions to be shown in the app?
The Ethereum network requires all transactions to be mined, or included in the blockchain. Because it takes some time for transactions to confirm, there might be a slight delay when using functionalities in the app that interact with smart contracts. You can always view your address on third party services like Etherscan if you want to see more information about pending transactions.

Is ELIX an ERC20 token?
Yes
What blockchain does ELIX use?
The ELIX smart contract is built on the Ethereum blockchain.
What is the total supply of ELIX?
There are about 32 million ELIX in existence right now.
How is ELIX mined?
ELIX is mined through pairs of genesis address pairs. For more information, check out the white paper linked on the ELIX website.
What advice do have for new creators using ELIX?
Choose a reasonable campaign goal. Early on, keeping campaign goals around a few hundred dollars worth of ELIX or less should make it easier to hit your goals.

Does ELIX charge fees for lending?
No
Does ELIX charge fees for crowdfunding?
Currently ELIX takes a 5% cut of funds raised. This number could be subject to change in the future.
As a creator, my audience is not as familiar with crypto. Are there plans to integrate fiat in some fashion?
This is a feature we are currently researching to assess the costs, time and legal aspects needed to implement such a feature.

What makes ELIX different than so many crypto projects?
ELIX was airdropped, and didn’t have an ICO.
I have some ELIX, but when I try to pledge or interact with the app, it says insufficient funds. What should I do?
Make sure you have Ether in your wallet. Ether is the fuel for the Ethereum network, and allows you to execute the smart contract functions present in our app.
What is Token P?
Token P is a proposed incentives token produced by staking ELIX or participating in the ELIX ecosystem.
Where is the team page?
There is currently one developer undergoing a trial period, one senior contracted developer, one founder, and a number of contractors. Due to recent changes in leadership, we will be waiting until clearly defined members emerge to make any announcements about our team. This process may take some time so we thank the community for their patience.
