Design

This week, the design firm is continuing to work on the greyscale designs for the app — with a specific focus on Boost, the crowdfunding platform. After greyscale wireframes are completed, color will be added and we will begin adding these new designs to our app. Below, we share a few samples of their recent work:

Mobile

We’ve created of list of issues, enhancements and tasks for development in our private repository. We’re moving through them quickly, and making sure that our frontend handles all different possible inputs correctly, and additionally that these inputs are communicated correctly to the blockchain. All transactions will now provide users with detailed information including gas costs, transaction hash, and a timestamp. We’ve added an in-app browser to allow users to view this information on Etherscan directly. The status of a transaction will also be tracked closely, and show changes from a pending status to a success/failure status.

We will continue to improve every aspect of the mobile application throughout development, and ensure that the usability and performance remains at a high standard. Our goal is to provide users with a reflection of real-time data as they navigate throughout the app.

Smart Contracts

This week, we’re releasing our automated Truffle tests, so our community can see the different tests we’ve been running on our smart contracts. You can view each test in the test folder here. The testing framework does not contain the .sol contract files, as those are not yet publicly released. However, they do contain sample results showing the correct output of the tests. You can view the automated tests folder here in our demo Github repository.

We look forward to sharing more information as we quickly move toward our Beta testing period and beyond.
