Using The App
You can sign up to get access to the ELIX app at elixirtoken.io. We’ll inform the remaining Beta signups once the app is out.
Creator Portal
We’re working on adding new creators to Boost, our crowdfunding platform. You can become an early creator by signing up here. If you need ideas for Boost, think about projects for crypto podcasts, wallets, games, smart contract development, crypto summaries, or even customized accessories.
Review Process
After submitting both builds to the Apple and Google Play Stores, we received several general questions about the purpose and history of ELIX from Apple. This seems expected and reflects Apple’s goal to assure quality apps and crypto projects make it on to the App store. Since then, we’ve provided answers to each of Apple’s questions. We believe this is a general process by Apple and helps them do due diligence on cryptocurrency apps. The new app version is now “In Review” by Apple. This means Apple is actively reviewing the ELIX app.
Improvements
Because we had the chance to revise the app metadata, we also took the opportunity to make some improvements to the app itself. We’ve made it easier to see when transactions are being sent to the blockchain, updated the logic for pledges so that pledges will be shown after they are mined using websockets, and updated the loading of transactions for contacts.
Design
Jane and Rosello have been designing the updated ledger. Below, we show a few examples of their recent work. Here’s what the redesign for a sent request looks like:
