How to find lesbian fiction

A petition was recently circulated to separate out lesbian fiction from the LGBT fiction category on Amazon. Amazon has long had distinct lesbian fiction and lesbian romance sub-categories, but what became clear from this petition and subsequent discussions is that many people didn’t know how to find them.
In addition to typing “lesbian” into the search box, here’s how to find lesbian fiction categories on Amazon and other online vendors:
Amazon.com has both a lesbian fiction and lesbian romance fiction category.

Lesbian romance fiction on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/digital-text/6487835011

Lesbian Love, Romance & Relationships on Nook: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/b/books/lgbt-fiction/lesbian-love-romance-relationships/_/N-29Z8q8Z10ms
Lesbian fiction on Kobo: https://www.kobo.com/us/en/ebooks/lesbico-1
Lesbian fiction on Smashwords: https://www.smashwords.com/books/category/1127/bestsellers/0/any/any
Itunes groups gay and lesbian books together: https://itunes.apple.com/us/genre/books-romance-gay-lesbian/id11043
I hope this helps you in your hunt for good lesbian fiction, which, yes, can be complicated. Some publishers, either deliberately or inadvertently, miscategorize their books (hit the complaint button on the listing). The fact that other categories such as science fiction or historical fiction list lesbian books within LGBT and do not have a separate lesbian category can make it hard to find the lesbian books.
