Oh, wow. This is brilliant. It just might work. Racism can be found in every country to some degree, but each iteration is ultimately unique and thus requires a unique solution. You have to hit ’em where it hurts, and in this country, that’s capitalism, no matter how often its adherents claim otherwise. This could probably work for sexism as well.

How do you propose we bring this to fruition? Startup incubators designed specifically for nonwhites, especially black and Hispanic founders? An overhaul of venture capitalism? I’m thinking it will require a lot of relatively small changes at different stages in the entrepreneurial process, and it needs to start as early in life as possible. It will take a generation or two, but it absolutely can be done.
